Security, Automations,
& Health Monitoring.

Residential and commercial intrusion alarms, smart sensors and automations, and personal safety monitoring — designed, installed, and serviced by one local team in Pinawa.

Intrusion alarms, monitored around the clock.

An alarm system is only as good as the response behind it — sensors you can trust, cellular + IP redundancy so the signal always gets through, and 24/7 professional monitoring with trained operators dispatching the response.

We install two tiers of alarm hardware. Ajax is a modern European wireless system — encrypted, beautifully designed, and dead-simple for homes, cottages, and small offices. Alarm.com runs on industry-standard DSC and Qolsys panels — the right choice for larger commercial sites, multi-building setups, and anywhere you need access control and video integrated into a single platform.

Both platforms are monitored 24/7 by Lanvac, a Canadian central station with ULC-listed response centres that meet most insurance and commercial requirements.

What we install

  • Motion, door/window, glass-break, shock, and vibration sensors
  • Wired + wireless keypads with RFID proximity
  • Indoor & outdoor sirens (up to 115 dB)
  • Indoor / outdoor IP cameras & video verification
  • Doorbell cameras (1080p + 2-way audio)
  • Access control with prox cards, PIN entry, and mobile credentials
  • Cellular (LTE) + IP dual-path communicators
  • Battery backup for full-site power outages

Who it's for

Residential

Homes & Cottages

Intrusion detection, video verification, and remote arming — whether you're home or the cottage is closed for the winter.

Commercial

Shops & Offices

Burglary, hold-up, and opening/closing reports. Integrate with access control and video for insurance-grade coverage.

Rental

Short-term Rentals

Entry codes per guest, remote lockout, noise and occupancy alerts so your rental property is protected between guests.

Industrial

Warehouses & Shops

Zoned intrusion with perimeter + interior, outdoor PTZ cameras, and after-hours motion detection tied into monitoring.

Sensors that act on their own.

The same panels that run your alarm can run your property too. Leak at 3am? The water main shuts itself off. Cottage temperature dropping below freezing? You get an alert. Power cut? The system knows and keeps watching.

Most leaks don't come from dramatic pipe bursts — they come from a slow drip or a failed washing-machine hose running for 12 hours before anyone notices. A flood sensor tied to an automatic water valve turns a $30,000 insurance claim into a $0 afternoon with a mop.

The same thinking applies to freeze protection, power loss, and environmental conditions. For rural properties, seasonal homes, and remote shops — where you can't check on things every day — automation is the difference between a minor issue and a disaster. Everything is remotely accessible from your phone: arm, disarm, check the thermostat, watch a camera, open the garage.

What we automate

  • Leak detection + automatic water shutoff valves
  • Freeze protection & low-temperature alerts
  • Power outage & load monitoring
  • Smart thermostats (Z-Wave + panel-integrated)
  • Garage door open/close + status
  • Geofencing (auto-arm/disarm when you leave/arrive)
  • Lighting control & schedules
  • Custom "if-this-then-that" rules

Real scenarios

Scenario A

The Cottage in January

Indoor temp drops below 5 °C → you get an instant alert, the thermostat is set to 15 °C remotely, and you're on the road before the pipes freeze.

Scenario B

Washing Machine Failure

Flood sensor under the washer trips → smart valve closes the water main in under 30 seconds → you get a push notification before the floor is wet.

Scenario C

Grandma's Bungalow

Low-temp sensor in the crawlspace, flood sensors in the laundry and bathroom, auto water valve — peace of mind when you live 3 hours away.

Scenario D

Small Shop, No Staff

Power outage triggers alert, backup battery keeps alarm running, freezer temperature monitored — you know before the inventory is lost.

Personal safety, monitored 24/7.

For seniors aging in place, workers on-site alone, and anyone who could benefit from a direct line to professional emergency response — wearable panic buttons and automatic fall detection backed by a real monitoring centre. Not an app with a "call 911" button: a pendant, a signal, a dispatcher, and a response.

Panic buttons aren't new — but most of what's sold today is standalone devices that only work in cell range, with no one on the other end. Ours tie directly into the same alarm panel that protects the home, over the same 24/7 monitoring infrastructure.

Modern pendants include automatic fall detection — an accelerometer that detects a sudden drop followed by no movement and triggers the monitoring centre without the wearer pressing a button. Two-way voice lets the centre speak directly through the panel — confirming the person is OK or dispatching help immediately, without anyone needing to reach a phone.

Devices we install

  • Wearable pendants (panic button + fall detection)
  • Wrist-style panic remotes
  • Bedside / pull-cord panic buttons
  • Voice-response panel speakers & mics
  • Duress / hold-up codes on the keypad
  • Geo-location on mobile devices (outside the home)
  • Caregiver alerts & activity monitoring
  • Optional wander detection for memory care

Use cases

Seniors

Aging in Place

Wearable pendant with fall detection lets a senior stay independent longer — with a direct line to help if something happens.

Lone Workers

Solo Shifts

Panic buttons for staff working alone — gas stations, care workers, site managers, retail closing shifts.

Medical

At-Risk Individuals

Anyone with a medical condition where a sudden event (stroke, seizure, fall) could leave them unable to call for help.

Family

Caregiver Peace of Mind

Activity pattern alerts — if the house hasn't been moving or the medicine cabinet hasn't been opened, caregivers know.
